Sweden’s Air Raid return with their 3rd full-length album, Across the Line, and I think it is easily their best work to date. With this album, Air Raid also returns with a with its now 3rd singer - and a new guitarist too. I’m not sure if the new additions are the reason for the bump or not, but I’m willing to argue that they are. Air Raid’s last album, Point of Impact, was already an above average slice of traditional heavy metal goodness; Across the Line just starts from that point of impact and moves across the line into several big slices of really incredible heavy metal goodness
