Declan Affley (8 September 1939 – 27 June 1985) was an Australian folk singer and musician. He was born in Cardiff, Wales, and became a seaman, jumping ship in Australia in 1959. Affley became a regular performer at the Troubadour Coffee Lounge in Sydney and later at Frank Traynor's Folk Club, Melbourne, as well as many other venues and folk festivals.

Mandy won the 2005 Declan Affley Memorial Award, was nominated in the 2006 Port Fairy Songs of Peace & Tolerance competition, and won the ‘06 Maldon Minstrel Award, all of which came with prizes. In 2007 she made the paper in England in an Open Stage competition, and in 2009 was offered a place on the main stage at Broadstairs festival supporting John Tams (he wrote the music for a hit soap in England) although sadly she could not make it back to England in time to play for this 2000 strong audience.
