Spreading the Disease is the second studio album by the American thrash metal band Anthrax, released on October 30, 1985 by Megaforce Records and Island Records. It was the band's first album to feature vocalist Joey Belladonna and bassist Frank Bello. After Anthrax finished touring in support of Fistful of Metal, vocalist Neil Turbin was expelled from the band. Matt Fallon replaced him, but was quickly fired because he lacked confidence in the studio

Spreading the Disease is Anthrax’s second studio album, released on October 30th, 1985. It is the first Anthrax album to feature Joey Belladonna on lead vocals and Frank Bello on bass guitar. Spreading the Disease was the band’s major label debut, released by Megaforce/Island Records. After the ousting of former singer Neil Turbin, then the hiring and firing of Matt Fallon, the band found longtime singer Joey Belladonna. Joey was not familiar with Thrash Metal at all, but was recommended to the band by producer Carl Canedy
Spreading the Disease is the second studio album by the American thrash metal band Anthrax. It was released on October 30, 1985 through Megaforce Records and Island Records. The band produced the album with Carl Canedy, Jon Zazula serving as executive producer. The album includes the single "Madhouse" Track listing. All tracks written by Anthrax except where noted.
Produced by Anthrax with Carl Canedy, the 44-minute Spreading the Disease marked the first Anthrax album to feature singer Belladonna and bassist Frank Bello (joining drummer Benante and guitarists Dan Spitz & Scott Ian), and set into motion the core elements that would become the essence of Anthrax. In addition, the album also introduced the Anthrax writing partnership of Benante and Ian (that eventually evolved into Benante, Ian and Bello). For Bello, Spreading the Disease was his full-on album recording baptism.
Spreading the Disease is the studio/Mixtape Album by artist/Rapper/DJ Anthrax, and Album has highlight a Pop, Rock sound. It was released/out on 1985 in English dialect, by some Music Recording Company, as the follow-up to last studio/Mixtape Album. The Album features coordinated efforts with makers, producers and guest artists and is noted for Anthrax experimentation with new melodic types. Spreading the Disease was generally welcomed by critics and was designated/won distinctive awards.
