She Is a Song is the second solo album by country rock musician Rick Roberts. The album was recorded in 1973, a year before Roberts co-founded the band Firefall. He was joined on the record by former Flying Burrito Brother Chris Hillman, who also produced the album. Other guest musicians include Joe Walsh and Al Perkins, as well as Rusty Young and George Grantham from Poco. Windmills is the debut solo album by country rock musician Rick Roberts. The album was recorded a year after his stint as lead singer of The Flying Burrito Brothers, and two years before co-founding the band Firefall. Roberts was joined on the record by Burrito Brothers bandmate Chris Hillman, as well as three of the Eagles: Don Henley, Bernie Leadon (formerly of the Burrito Brothers), and Randy Meisner.

Roberts' presence dominated the album and he had a hand in writing six of the ten songs. Following the album and a subsequent tour, documented on the live Last Of The Red Hot Burritos album, the group's future was again in serious jeopardy. The remaining track, "It Doesn't Matter," is a precursor of things to come.

Rick Roberts (born August 31, 1949, in Florida) is a country rock and classic rock singer-songwriter who recorded with many influential artists over several genres in the 1970s. He is best known for his work with The Flying Burrito Brothers on their 1971 self-titled album, and as a founding member and lead singer of Firefall from 1976 to 1981. He recorded two solo albums, Windmills in 1972 and She Is a Song in 1973.
