Instinctual (Romanthony album). Instinctual is the second album by American garage house producer Romanthony. It also features DJ Predator

A concept album assembled after the fact to an extent, Romanworld is almost as imposing a full-length debut as the Orb's two CDs' worth of tracks. Romanthony has had enough comparisons to Prince over time, but here he takes it one step too far by having each disc mastered as a single song à la Lovesexy, a bit too much for nearly two hours' worth of material.

The vocals are eerily reminiscent of Prince and the beats are New Jersey deep but not in a cheesy or obvious way. Very soulful record.

Robust and soulful are words I can describe this excellent compilation album.

baj, Kanye West isn't a house musician, BTW. He's in the hip-hop area. Anyway, this album is DEFINITELY one of the classic house albums and deserves to be at the top. Romanthony has received very less credit for his ground breaking work.

baj I agree with the album of Lil' Louis & The World : Journey With The Lonely but perhaps this one is better surely...OK!

This and Another Side get my votes for best house albums. It's house concept album, and a genius one at that. Romanthony's talent = right up there with Kanye West IMO. Just too far ahead of his time.

One of the greatest house albums ever made. A towering achievement in music making.
