This is the second part of the White Album 2 game, taking place three years after the end of the introductory chapter and adding new heroines Koharu, Chiaki and Mari. Born from passion, evolved by love yet ultimately, vanished as a "lying song". The winter where they were "three" was no longer. A new winter started as "one and one". The season is late autumn. A foreboding change is approaching although the scar of the severed bond is yet to heal. 2 lonely melodies attracted each other and hurt each other, summoning new one in the process. The new winter will arrive soon. The winter without her.
Title: White Album 2. Producers: Leaf. Release Date: December 22, 2011. Summary: This is the after story to White Album 2 introductory chapter. The story takes place 3 years after the introductory chapter, and features stories of 5 characters: Setsuna and Touma is definitely coming back, but the story can wander towards heroines Chiaki, Mari, and Koharu. This is one of the scenes that made me cry. Avoiding spoilers, Setsuna plays a very crucial role in all of these stories, and perhaps because of this, I felt the most affection for this poor girl, who suffered for so long. Sexual Content: High.
Good – A Solid, Serious Love Story. In these days where the amount of rom-coms vastly outnumber serious romantic dramas, White Album 2 is a bit of a rarity. While watching, it is something you probably won’t notice nor think about-until secrets start being revealed as the anime nears its end. While feeling like you are getting the complete story as you watch, the selective viewpoint serves to blind both Haruki and you to all that is happening behind the scenes-especially in the case of Setsuna. Good – A Villain in Her Own Love Story. Without a doubt, Setsuna is the deepest character in White Album 2. On one hand, she is beautiful and talented.
I think it was one of the better shows. You started Songs of Experience in 2014, and some of the shows go back even before that. The world has changed so much since then. How did those external factors change the focus and scope of the album? Mostly what we wanted to do was sit back and see how we felt about it coming out into a world that had taken a big lurch in a different direction. We weren’t assuming we’d have to start again and, in fact, we didn’t need to. The changes that occurred were predominantly lyrical, and in some cases they were quite subtle. Are going to to release this album in a normal fashion? I think at this point I’m pretty much committed to releasing it in cooperation with all the stakeholders in the business of releasing music rather than trying to, as we did on the last record, find a single outlet and get behind that.
