Daedelus has teamed up with quintet Kneebody for an LP on Brainfeeder in November. Daedelus, AKA Alfred Darlington, is one of the godfathers of the LA beat scene. He's been releasing albums of frazzled, hip-hop since the early 2000s. Kneebody, meanwhile, are an instrumental five-piece who formed around the same time that Darlington started making music, and their material slots in somewhere near the fusion end of the jazz spectrum.
