The Users were a punk rock band formed in Cambridge, UK, that was active between 1977 and 1979. The drummer’s son Sean Patrick O’Hanrahan is now the keyboard player in Max Bianco & The Blue Hearts. In 1977, Cambridge record dealer Lee Wood founded Raw Records, and quickly recorded The Users in March of the year, releasing the single Sick of You/I'm In Love Today on May 5, 1977. Sounds magazine stated that it "burns into your brain without compromise.
The Modern Lovers is the debut studio album by American rock band the Modern Lovers. It was released on Beserkley Records in 1976, although the original nine tracks had been recorded in 1972 (or 1971 in the case of "Hospital"). Six of the original tracks were produced by John Cale.
