Welcome! Eastview Secondary School is located in the northeast end of Barrie, Ontario, and has an enrollment of around 1200 students. We are the only high school in Simcoe County’s to offer a full orchestral program, and are home to one of Central Ontario’s leading choral programs. ca Phone Extension: 56287 Specializing In: Strings About: Mrs. Kowalchuk has had a lifetime of musical experience. At the early age of four she demonstrated a strong connection with music through singing, and easily learned multiple musical instruments. By her Junior High School Grade Seven year she knew in her heart her lifetime career was to be a music teacher. She studied at the Royal Conservatory of Music (downtown Toronto) as well as the University of Toronto, graduating with her Bachelor of Music in Music Education.

Eastview Secondary School is a public secondary school (grades 9-12) located in northeastern Barrie, Ontario, Canada. It has an enrollment of about 1400 students. Eastview is one of the largest high schools in Barrie, Ontario, serving students from the east end of Barrie, as well as the south portion of Oro-Medonte Township (Horseshoe Valley, Shanty Bay, Crown Hill). It has a string-music program, making it unique in the county. The mascot of the school is a Wildcat.
