Notes: I had previously posted "In Concert Addendum Two - 1965-1966" released by Secret Trax, but I didn't have "Addendum One" by that label, but I do have the "In Concert Addendum One - 1957-1964" that was released by Silent Sea, so here it is!

10. I Want To Hold Your Hand. Of interest here to most collectors is the new Olympia Paris 1964 tapes which are featured in superb quality. These were recorded between the 19th and 22nd January 1964, and worth the price of the disc alone. Wembley Stadium and the Blokker recordings also sounds crisp and fresh, despite the voice-overs.

The Beatles 1964 world tour was The Beatles first world tour, launched after their 1964 UK tour. The reception was enthusiastic, with The Spectator describing it as "hysterical". It was followed by their subsequent US tour in August that year. Note: As Ringo Starr was hospitalized in the UK, Jimmie Nicol was temporarily hired to stand in for Ringo as a drummer for the shows from 4 June -13 June until Ringo rejoined the group in Melbourne.

The stage is raised 12 feet for the Beatles’ protection. the show starts with the following opening acts: Bill Black Combo, Exciters, Righteous Brothers ( You’ve Lost That Lovin’ Feeling ), and Jackie de Shannon ( What the World Needs Now Is Love Sweet Love ).
