Richard Sinclair remained with 'Caravan' for the first four albums. The second record 'In The Land Of Grey And Pink' (1971) features three Sinclair classics : "Golf Girl", "Winter Wine" and the title-track. Somewhere In France' with Hugh Hopper which was only released in 1996. He took part in a 'Caravan' reformation concert during the 1984 Canterbury Summer Festival, toured Holland in April 1986 with Geoff Leigh, Wim Pop, Henk Weltevreden and Coen Delbaerts, and briefly joined Anthony Aldridge's band 'Skaboosh'. The sound of this album is strongly reminiscent of Caravan, especially the aspect of that band that was brought by Sinclair. Some of the songs here are very much in the same style as Golf Girl and the title track of In The Land Of The Grey And Pink. Quirky, whimsical Pop tunes with jazzy and "dreamy" aspects.
