His third album was Naughty. It featured a collaboration with Nina Hagen on "Get Your Body!" and plenty of club tunes, expanding from the artist's acid house roots into the pop and rock genres. The cover art featured Adamski with his head shaven bare, hugging an umbrella. The next album, Adamski's Thing, was issued in late 1998 on Trevor Horn's ZTT Records label, recorded at Adrian Sherwood’s On-U Sound studios. The style followed the trend started with Naughty, with guitars, strings, raw vocals and introspective lyrics, but maintaining a rhythmic dance sensibility.

Adamski - Naughty - (Vinyl, LP, Album). This was Adamski's second studio album and didn't do as well as Dr Adamski's Musical Pharmacy but in my opinion, Naughty is by far his best! It's early 90's dance at it's best and has great collaborations with Nina Hagen (Get Your Body!) and Ricardo Da Force (aka the rapper from the KLF)on the brilliant track Time Capsule. If you are a real fan of the 90s dance culture and wish to be transported back in time, then grab this album for your collection. Turn up the bass, strobe the lights, wear a t-shirt with a smiley face and blow a whistle! Yeah!

Adamski returned in 1998 with an album quite distinct from its predecessors, for several reasons. First, it's a true collaboration, with American house diva Gerideau, instead of the multiple vocalists on 1992's Naughty, and therefore lacks the somewhat scattered qualities of previous Adamski LPs. Second, Adamski's Thing reflects the producer's maturity (after raising his daughter), and is much closer to straight-ahead house (with a heavy Ibizan influence) than rave or hardcore.
