The discography of the English rock band Led Zeppelin consists of eight studio albums, four live albums, nine compilation albums, sixteen singles and eight music downloads. Formed in London in 1968, the group consisted of guitarist Jimmy Page, singer Robert Plant, bassist John Paul Jones, and drummer John Bonham. The band pioneered the concept of album-oriented rock and often refused to release popular songs as singles

List of songs recorded by Led Zeppelin. Led Zeppelin were an English rock band who recorded 108 songs between 1968 and 1980.

There have been several Led Zeppelin tribute albums, most notably the alternative rock-oriented Encomium, but until the Dwell label's Dead Zeppelin: A Metal Tribute to Led Zeppelin, there had never been one devoted exclusively to heavy metal bands. The idea makes sense, since Zep had such a huge influence on heavy metal. The artist roster, unfortunately, is typical Dwell: obscure groups who have never recorded a full-length album (rare is the Dwell tribute-album artist who does go on to do so). But the real problem is predictability

Same with Led Zeppelin. I absolutely LOVE Pink Floyd. I only like 5-6 songs from the Grateful Dead though, I think they shined WAYYY more in their live shows then in the studio recordings, kind of like Led Zeppelin, except Led Zeppelin's studio recordings were amazing in their own write. All I really listen too is blues hard rock, Cream, Hendrix, Zep, Pink Floyd, plus a ton of other bands from around that same time period.

The best track on the album is Immigrant Song. The rendition keeps as close to the original as possible but the artist adds some haunting goth vocals. This album is definately not for those die-hard fans of Led Zeppelin, but is a great album for those Metal fans. One person found this helpful.
