Gregg Allman was at his creative peak in the early 70's, and the collective musicianship fill out a full sound that is not exactly Allman Brothers, but is excellent nonetheless. I saw this band perform at the Paramount Theater in Portland, Oregon on this tour, and bought the album immediately. I haven't had it for several years, so it's really nice to hear this music again.
