The fourth and the last album by Jon and Vangelis "Page of life" is the most confusing one in term of release version. The first (I would say the original) version was released in 1991 and it contains 12 tracks, of which one "Wisdom Chain" is released as a single. The album seem didn't get much attention so in 1998, a second version of the same album was released in the USA with some differences in the set list as well as album cover even though the album title is the same. The one posted in this site is the second version (USA)

With the two friends priding themselves on their intuitive, spontaneous working style on previous projects, things must have started out that way here as well, but after the initial sessions Vangelis may have lost interest, instead focusing on changing studios plus record companies.

Sad but Jon released this CD without proper approvement from Vangelis side. Because of it for now (2014) this album is the last studio work from Jon&Vangelis project. I can understand Vangelis, but I can understand Jon too - from my point of view he saved Page of Life.
