First and foremost, Toto was comprised of some very well respected musicians of that era. Jeff and Steve Pocaro, David Paich, Bobby Kimball, David Hungate and Steve Lukather are all excellent at what they do. Secondly, they are very good song writers; these are not cover songs. The best known songs are "Rosanna" "Africa" and "I'll Be Over You"; all of them were radio hits . This wasn't Toto's best selling album for nothing! The songwriting, musicianship and production are as good as you'll find from any band and most of the songs are totally enjoyable! Not many rock bands have a lead singer who can really sing but Bobby Kimball really blows you away!

Schmit, and slowed down the tempo to what came to be known as "power ballad" pace. Most of all, they wrote some hit songs: "Rosanna," the old story of a lovelorn lyric matched to a bouncy beat, was the gold, Top Ten comeback single accompanying the album release; "Make.
