It may sound absurd but don't be naïve Even heroes have the right to bleed I may be disturbed but won’t you concede Even Heroes have the right to dream And it's not easy to be me. Up, up and away, away from me Well, it's alright You can all sleep sound tonight I'm not crazy or anything. I can't stand to fly I'm not that naïve Men weren't meant to ride With clouds between their knees.

It has this airy vibe, it’s a feel-good song. Music has more of a euphoric effect in the summer – whatever your summer soundtrack is, it will always bring good memories. Jamie xx: I Know There’s Gonna Be (Good Times), 2015. Megan Thee Stallion is a female rapper from Texas and this is my favourite track from the album she dropped a few months ago. It’s a strip-club song: my friends and I twerk to it. Every single party, it’s guaranteed to get the girls moving.

It’s easy to have FAITH everything is going to work out, when everything IS working out. It’s much harder to have faith when you are facing challenges in your life. But that is exactly when you need to apply your faith. Because faith is believing in the unseen. Faith is taking the first step. Faith is jumping in the deep end and KNOWING everything will be OK. It’s easy to be positive when everything is working ou. t’s much harder, much much harder when nothing is working ou. .But that’s when we need it the most.

It’s been updated to include Bob Dylan’s new release, Triplicate. The poet could not speak of himself, but only of the gradations leading toward him and away. Mark Strand, Sargeantville Notebook. Bob Dylan’s work will never be done. At every stage of his career, he transcended genre, redefined his medium, and grew bored, oftentimes disappearing from the public eye before emerging as someone else entirely (but always with those knowing, mischievous, and gleaming eyes). Tracking his growth over the course of more than 50 years and 37 albums (not to mention the endless bootlegs, live recordings, and reissues), we see an artist who cannot be satisfied. Endlessly self-critical, he slipped in and out of personae with the ease of a well-worn leather jacket

The challenge for managers today is knowing how to pick the shots that will have the greatest impact. To achieve truly sustainable environmental solutions, managers must concentrate on finding smarter and finer trade-offs between business and environmental concerns, acknowledging that, in almost all cases, it is impossible to get something for nothing. That approach is environmentally sound, but it’s also hardheaded, informed by business experience, and, as a result, much more likely to be truly sustainable over the long term.
