Bob Dylan is the debut studio album by American singer-songwriter Bob Dylan, released on March 19, 1962 by Columbia Records. Produced by Columbia's legendary talent scout John H. Hammond, who signed Dylan to the label, the album features folk standards, plus two original compositions, "Talkin' New York" and "Song to Woody".

Dylan is an album compiled by Columbia Records consisting of outtakes by American singer-songwriter Bob Dylan, released on November 19, 1973. The tracks were assembled and issued by the label with no input from Dylan himself. Bob Dylan jumps at this chance and go with her in the studios. At one point, he shows to Caroline Hester a song that he composed, and that’s precisely at this moment that John H. The song has been played for the first time by Gil Turner at the Gerde’s while Bob Dylan just finished to write it a few minutes sooner. Composed with only four chords, the song follows the lead of the great folk tracks : it is made to be learnt by heart and transmitted easily.
