The Secret Project Robot art gallery and collective space was Oneida’s home base, patron and partner for a decade – first in its waterfront Williamsburg location in the Monster Island Building (where Oneida’s Ocropolis studio was located), and in its later incarnation in Bushwick after the destruction of Monster Island in late 2011. The presence of McNew and Ranaldo in the incorporation of Oneida heard on this record fleshes out the already hugely powerful, instinctual, improvisational drive of what has often been labeled the best live band in New York. Beautifully pressed limited press run double lp. Only 500 copies pressed! Includes unlimited streaming of Live At Secret Project Robot via the free Bandcamp app, plus high-quality download in MP3, FLAC and more. ships out within 3 days.

Secret Project Robot's fist foray into art was in 1998 with the founding of the Mighty Robot A/V squad, an analogue heavy projection show that used found 8mm film to distort, splice and burn the images into new heavily trance-inflicting visuals for local rock bands. Since this time, the space has hosted hundreds of video artists such as Larry 7, Brock Monroe, David Linton, Bradley Eros, A Clock-Face Orange, Jinnie Benson and many more. As a space there is a tremendous emphasis on video to enhance parties and create a feel that is particular to Secret Project Robot. Poster Archive The full Archive of posters holds nearly 5000 electronic files and another 1200 in print.

I Robot is the second studio album by British progressive rock band The Alan Parsons Project, released on 1 June 1977 by Arista Records. The album draws conceptually on author Isaac Asimov's science fiction Robot trilogy, exploring philosophical themes regarding artificial intelligence. It was re-released on vinyl and cassette tape in 1984 and on CD 2007.

Secret Project Robot’s Erik Zajaceskowski throws in The Addams Family for a minute, then Priest as the trio don the capes and robes necessary for their monthly on-the-20s performance. Just as the old Secret Project Robot made itself special with a different configuration for nearly each performance, the new Secret Project Robot will surely do nothing but change, too, especially in the first years of its existence. In a few days, or for any of the other shows scheduled, the place will be different, the miscellaneous disco balls and stuffed owls and television sets re-tucked pleasingly elsewhere. They’re almost done with the wiring for Oneida’s new studio in the back. Live With Animals has moved in, and a few other tenants. One of the cats came made the trek from Williamsburg. Knyfe Hyts play another jam, tom-tom droning with secret shapes.
