For the label’s 200th release, Far Out Recordings proudly presents a previously unreleased album by Hermeto Pascoal and his ‘Grupo Vice Versa’: Viajando Com O Som (the lost ’76 .
Em som maior is the only album recorded by Sambrasa Trio, a Brazilian group formed by Hermeto Pascoal, Humberto Clayber and Airto Moreira. It was released on an LP in 1965 and presents a fusion of various musical rhythms, including samba and jazz. In 2006, after long period of neglect, this album was reissued on CD as one of works included in Som Livre Masters series, organized by Charles Gavin. Hermeto Pascoal – piano, flute. Sambrasa Trio is Hermeto Pascoal (piano and flute), Humberto Clayber (bass and harmonica) and Airto Moreira (drums). The group started to play in 1965, recording only one, though seminal record in the same year, "Em Som Maior".

After the demise of the group, none of its three members played together again. However, in pairs, they composed for other bands, after and before Sambrasa Trio, such as Sambalanço Trio, with Clayber and Airto, and Quarteto Novo, with Hermeto and Airto.
