This interesting record features Jimmy Smith in a duet (titled "The Duel") with drummer Art Blakey, jamming with his trio (that includes guitarist Eddie McFadden and drummer Donald Bailey) on "Buns a Plenty" and "Plum Nellie," and interacting with guitarist Kenny Burrell, drummer Blakey, and altoist Lou Donaldson on "Billie's Bounce.
