Solipsist is the debut studio album by Bay Area technical death metal band The Zenith Passage. It was released via Unique Leader Records on April 15, 2016. It is the band's first release for Unique Leader Records, with whom they signed in 2013. The album focuses on the concept of solipsism. The album features a guest vocal appearance by Fallujah’s Alex Hofmann, and guitar solo by Wes Hauch (ex-The Faceless).

Joel I already owned the CD, but I preferred this digital version because the tracks don't transition into each other.

The Zenith Passage is one of the few bands that does this properly. These songs are extremely complex, ebbing and flowing, with shifting ideas in the proverbial depth of field, but crucially – never losing sight of the big picture. Highlights are definitely the second track as well as Hypnagogia, which displays the most staggering technical faculty I've heard in a long time. You would get "Solipsist. The tracks "Deus Deceptor," "The Tenebrous Veil," and "Holographic Principle II: Convergence" show exactly what I mean. And something that sets this album aside from other tech death acts are the memorable riffs.
