Recorded during Radiohead's 2001 tour, it comprises songs from their fourth and fifth albums Kid A (2000) and Amnesiac (2001), plus "True Love Waits", which was not released on a studio album until A Moon Shaped Pool in 2016. The electronic track "Like Spinning Plates" is rearranged as a piano ballad.

Although the album version is heavily produced by Nigel Godrich and Radiohead, with a more electronic texture, I Might Be Wrong is one of the more guitar-oriented songs on Amnesiac. The song uses a blues riff written by Jonny Greenwood, in Drop D tuning. The guitar riff has a repetitive and looping quality, partly the result of the slides to reach some notes and the pull-offs. The title I might be wrong may be taken from infamous quote by Bertrand Russell: I would never die for my beliefs because I might be wrong.

Overall, the quality of the album is probably the best I've heard on any live album. Radiohead themselves are in truly magnificent form and put to rest any apprehension I had about their live performance. Singer Thom Yorke is energetic and entertaining; you can almost literally hear the fact that he's really enjoying himself up there.
