Records in association with Metheny Group Productions brings you PAT METHENY TRIO LIVE, a double CD set that includes performances from the trio's Japanese, European and American tours from 1999 and 2000  . The trio slows things down with a lovely version of Metheny's ballad "The Bat," originally written for the album 80/81 and played beautifully on that date by the great saxophonist Dewey Redman.

Cuong Vu Trio Meets Pat Metheny. Pat Metheny, Cuong Vu. 2016. The Orchestrion Project. Jim Hall & Pat Metheny. Day Trip/Tokyo Day Trip. Quartet Live! Gary Burton, Pat Metheny, Steve Swallow, Antonio Sanchez. 2009 Digital PDF Booklet.

This two-disc release documents performances from the 2000 world tour of the Pat Metheny Trio, featuring Larry Grenadier on bass and Bill Stewart on drums. Like the trio's spectacular studio release earlier the same year, the live album draws on material that spans Metheny's career. That this song was first played by the late supremo of the electric bass, Jaco Pastorius, gives Grenadier's acoustic bass interpretation a certain historical import

Trio → Live is a live album by Pat Metheny, released in 2000, recorded with Bill Stewart and Larry Grenadier.
