Description

Big Country : The Seer,альбом, рецезия, трек-лист, mp3, тексты песен.

The Seer is the third studio album by the Scottish band Big Country, released in 1986. The album featured very traditional Scottish musical settings, reminiscent of the band's debut album The Crossing (1983). Kate Bush worked on the title song in a duet with lead singer and lyricist Stuart Adamson. The album's first single, "Look Away", was an Irish number one, and was also the group's biggest hit single in the UK, reaching The album reached number 2 in the UK Albums Chart.

Big Country The Seer (Full Album). Авторы текста и музыки. Stuart Adamson, Bruce Watson. UMG (от лица компании "Mercury"); ARESA, LatinAutor - PeerMusic, LatinAutor - SonyATV, ASCAP, UBEM, BMG Rights Management, LatinAutor, Abramus Digital" и другие авторские общества (2). Композиция.

The third proper album by Scottish quartet Big Country kicks off with the stellar "Look Away," a rocking outlaw tale with very cool guitar work from Bruce Watson and lead singer Stuart Adamson. However, the simple, anthemic choruses and effects-laden guitars are beginning to wear a little thin four years after the band's promising breakthrough. Big Country does little to expand on their sound or lyrical themes and The Seer is somewhat disappointing

The discography of Big Country, a Scottish rock band which formed in 1981, consists of nine studio albums, eighteen live albums, twenty-five compilation albums, one extended play (EP), and twenty-nine singles released on Mercury Records, Reprise Records, Vertigo Records and Cherry Red Records

After two glorious releases the Scottish band Big Country started recording their new album, finally released as The Seer. Another true masterwork of the their '80s rock, which includes the lovely title-song with Kate Bush on vocals. It's maybe their most Celtic influenced album, but still with the famous Big Country sound. 180 gram audiophile vinyl. Insert with song lyrics. Their 3rd album from 1986 including The Seer featuring Kate Bush. 4 bonus tracks: Song Of The South, Look Away (12 Mix ), One Great Thing (Disco Mix) and Giant.

but I let it slip away. Coming just a few years after the bands now classic The Crossing album and just a couple or so after their underrated sophomore effort Steeltown, Big Country returned with a bigger sound then ever and power chords galore. Those big, beautiful guitars
