I love my slower songs, and my kinda folky songs-I’m listening to Amber Run right now, and most of those songs are a bit slower-but they make it a bit too easy for me to just zone out, which isn’t ideal when driving a large vehicle. So while it looks like I’m more distracted when I’m jamming, I’m also actually awake and excited, so that’s a bonus. Other than that one album, it is certainly just a matter of mood. I pulled into the parking lot where I was working around 2001 with Britney Spears playing one day and shocked two of my coworkers. They asked if that was coming out of my car and I proceeded to go through the other cds in the changer.
