"Hateful" – Kid Dynamite. Clash City Rockers" – Saves the Day. "Guns of Brixton" – Dropkick Murphys. Brand New Cadillac" – Incognegro. Rock the Casbah" – Demonspeed. Country Rockers is a short, budget-priced collection that features nine cuts of Southern rockers and outlaw country singers. Some of the songs fall a little flat, but overall it's an entertaining collection, thanks to such songs as Charlie Daniels Band's "The Devil Went Down to Georgia," Steve Earle's "Guitar Town," Lynyrd Skynyrd's "You Got That Right," the Allman Brothers Band's "Statesboro Blues," Ricky Skaggs' "Lovin' Only Me" and Hank Williams Jr's "All My Rowdy Friends.

Rockers is a compilation of songs by the band Styx. It was released in 2003. The album is notable for deliberately omitting any songs for which former member Dennis DeYoung was the primary or sole writer; even DeYoung-penned signature ballad-to-rocker hits such as "Queen of Spades", "Suite Madame Blue", and "Rockin' the Paradise" are missing.

Notes

Redita 2nd Series
"The recordings come from the Choice , R , Brass, and KCM labels, and all were centered on and distributed by Bill and Leroy Davidson's wholesale record warehouse and studio. Apart from the Davidsons, country bass-player and song-writer Harold Hassler was important in organizing and recording many of the artists included here. At first, he and Davidsons operated the Choice label in the second half of the fifties, and made good records by Cliff Shepherd, Chuck Bowers and Tennessee Jim. Then, in 1960 they formed R Records and continued the good work with Zig Dillon, Conny & The Bellhops and Larry Good . The sounds the made belong more to '55 than the early sixties, and though they are great for us to listen to today this could be why the label was out of business by 1963. Tennessee Jim and Cliff Shepherd left Choice in 1958 to form KCM Records. Among their recordings are two all-time greats by Jim McDonald and The Strangers . Brass Records was formed by singer Gene McKown in association with a local company in 1957 and put out some fine country music."
