Johnny Hartman's golden voice belongs in The Louvres of greatest singers of all time. Recently heard his magical sound in 'The Bridges of Madison County' movie and thought Joe Williams, Arthur Prysock, Nat King Cole, but no. This voice was more magnificent. His sensitive velvet sound has greater depth and texture. I made the mistake of listening to disc two first, which made the first disc's sonic value or lack there of stand out.

Complete your Johnny Hartman collection. Really great remaster from the original tapes, the sound is very very good, but unfortunately the record went into a plain paper sleeve that destroyed my copy at least, with paper scuffs.
