Saves the Day is an American rock band from Princeton, New Jersey, formed in 1997. The band currently consists of lead vocalist and guitarist Chris Conley, guitarist Arun Bali, bassist Rodrigo Palma, and drummer Dennis Wilson. After forming under the name Sefler in 1994, Saves the Day released their debut studio album, Can't Slow Down, in 1998. It was followed by Through Being Cool (1999), which featured their first single, "Shoulder to the Wheel"

Daybreak (Saves the Day album). Daybreak is the seventh studio album by the American rock band Saves the Day. This album is the band's first without long-time guitarist David Soloway since 1998, and their first with guitarist Arun Bali and bass guitarist Rodrigo Palma. The album also features Spencer Peterson on drums for the first time, before leaving the band prior to the album's release.

Saves The Day are an emo/pop punk/indie band from Princeton, New Jersey. They initially formed in 1994 under the name Sefler until changing it in 1997. They formed at a very young age, with their debut album Can't Slow Down while they were still in high school. They continued on to release three albums now considered essentials in emo/pop punk, and crucial in developing the genre in their wake. Unlike most fans of Saves the Day, I began listening to them only two years ago. My father introduced me to their album Stay What You Are when I began driving around with him after attaining my permit. Secondly, I saw them live about three weeks ago, which was a rather negative experience. The crowd was absolutely tiny for Warped Tour, maybe 30 people, and the sour mood of Chris Conley reflected on the crowd. Regardless, I still enjoy the music
