Here was this hawk, who somehow got into our chicken house. The human door to the coop was always closed, and the chicken door seemed a little, well, awkward for a hawk. So I’m giggling over the thought of this hawk watching our chickens walk in and out of this small door, and the sparrows darting in and out (they like to eat our chicken’s grain). Not to mention the idea of him just walking casually into the chicken coop. Needless to say, Chuck got the crap scared out of him when we opened that door. I believe we have a hawk that wants to be a chicken.
