The trio was born in 1998 when these three musicians met in a studio of Nagoya and made up their mind to make musical jikkens (experiences) with gakusei’s (students) spirit together. The band had still continued to play with other musicians after 2000, but decided to stop in 2006. Nevertheless, three musicians still continued to play together separately outside the trio. In 2014, they decided to make some recordings as Gakusei Jikken Shitsu again and made it in 2014 and in 2016 to make an album. The trio plans to make a tour in Japan and also in Europe in 2017-2018 for the release of their new album ‘Hekizan’(Bam Balam.
