SACRED SIN was formed in the summer of '91, in October the band recorded their first tape. In September '92 the band recorded 4 new tracks for a EP & start touring activity. In April '95 the band went into the studio again to record "Eye M God". During June they support Tiamat, Samael & Sentenced. Following the impact that The Shades Behind EP had on the European market, the recording of a full album was the next logical step in the career of Sacred Sin. In '92, during their very first year of existence, this quintet was one of the most popular bands to play live in Portugal. After several changes in the drummer position, I eventually joined the band in August '92.

Sacred Sin is a Portuguese Death metal band st album Darkside and quickly gained status and became one of the most recognizable metal bands from Portugal being featured in all international medias. Sacred Sin was the first Portuguese band to be featured on MTV Headbangers Ball with the music video from Darkside in 1993. They supported Napalm Death and Manowar and were the first Portuguese band to tour Europe with Cradle Of Filth and Vader. Sacred Sin formed in 1991.
