The Beatles' Movie Medley" is a compilation of snippets from various Beatles songs. It remains the only Beatles single not released on compact disc or music download. The single peaked at on the Billboard Hot 100, and on the British charts in 1982. The songs were chosen from the Beatles' films, A Hard Day's Night, Help!, Magical Mystery Tour, Yellow Submarine and Let It Be.

Electrola, EMI's West German counterpart, released its first Beatles record in March 1963. For the most part the singles were the same as the UK releases, although several unique German 45s did emerge. Albums were less standardised, with a number of compilations released especially for the German market. Some of these were by the weekly TV and radio magazine Hörzu. In communist East Germany (the former GDR) far fewer Beatles songs were officially released by the government-owned Amiga label; just three albums of note were issued, along with just two singles.

So this record still rates high, though not as high as it might, because it isn't the ideal format for the music
