By far and away better than any other punk band. Wire's first album 'Pink Flag' 1977 on the Harvest label is one of the best albums I have ever heard, the tracks and productions are just raw. They are up there with Sex Pistols Anarchy in the UK. Future albums not up to scratch though too refined and not true raw punk.
