Initial pressings of the album had "And You Believed Him" as the last track, but "Death Of An Angel" was substituted mid-production along with a yellow sticker at the bottom of the LP jacket proclaiming "Featuring Death Of An Angel. Later pressings had the revised track list on the cover. The LP was released in both mono (WDM 659) and stereo (WDS 659) versions
