The best of the three LPs taken from a 1972 Hollywood Bowl concert, this set is highlighted by Freddie Hubbard's playing on "First Light" and Grover Washington, J. s feature on a medley of "Inner City Blues" and "What's Going On"; also in good form is guitarist George Benson who stretches out on "California Dreaming. CTI has an excellent reputation for good jazz and this one won’t disappoint. Side Two is the best-California Dreamin’ by George Benson and First Light by Freddie Hubbard. Can’t ask for better.

Live At The Bottom Line. LP8,99 €. Patti Austin - Live At The Bottom Line LP. George Benson.
