2009 debut album from the reclusive Remano Eszildn. The Scottish-born musician currently resides in Bristol, although there is no sign of any Dubstep, Wonky, Bassline or Sub-Bass action on this release.

Though much of the material on his debut, R-TRACKS, was constructed with a slightly more sophisticated arsenal of electronic noisemakers, Eszildn nonetheless holds to an aesthetic of strict minimalism throughout, composing forbidding, disorienting material that evokes some lost Atari soundtrack or even the dizzyingly repetitious arpeggios of composer Philip Glass.

He trained as a bricklayer for a little over 2 years, a couple of days after starting his 3rd NVQ his circumstances changed and he quit the training, quit working for the small builder he was with at the time. He went to stay with his brother who had some music equipment. He’d no background in music at all but could understand how a sequencer worked.
