This thread is locked. I use AAC (for portable player use) and FLAC exclusively (not MP3). When I tried Groove after updating to Windows 10 last week, it found all the files just fine, AAC and FLAC, but none of my album cover art is displayed by Groove. The album art is embedded in the tag data.

Groove will not show any album art despite being embedded in the metadata. For that reason alone I consider it not worth bothering with. Very dissapointed with it. My Computer. Give it a look and test it. Make some changes to a couple of albums, then rebuild your library(hopefully you have an SSD so it will go fast:)) and see if it shows up correctly.
