The TV Album is a compilation CD of songs by "Weird Al" Yankovic that features songs about television and TV shows. Yankovic's former record label, Scotti Brothers, released a similar album called The Food Album that contained songs about food. The album was released by Scotti Brothers Records and was only begrudgingly approved by Yankovic.

The TV Album was another of Weird Al Yankovic's many compilation albums, collecting all of the songs he had written about television as well as all of his parodies of TV themes. Since his albums are usually loaded with subpar material, compilations suit the comedian very well - quite simply, they have all killer and no filler. The TV Album was no exception, containing a number of his finest moments, including "I Lost on Jeopardy. The album may not be as consistently funny as The Food Album, but it is certainly better than most of his original studio albums.
Weird Al" Yankovic (1983). Okay, so number 14 of 14 is Al’s debut album. This is by no means a bad album, but as Al continued making music over the years he really came into his own, and refined the craft of musical humor which left this album in the metaphorical dust. The parodies on this album are decent enough. The originals leave a bit to be desired. Personally, I like the song Happy Birthday which was written because Al thought there should be some options when it came to selecting a song to sing to someone on their birthday
