OPIATE 21st Anniversary CD package limited to 5000 copies comprising 5 variations of 1000 each. All 5000 copies are signed by all four members of Tool. Each package includes a novelty USB card, sticker, window decal, lenticular card, 3D card (for use with existing stereoscopic lenses), and a certificate of authenticity. Each variation contains a different image on the novelty USB card, and a different sticker.
