Description

Fleetwood Mac : Blues Jam in Chicago - Volume Two,альбом, рецезия, трек-лист, mp3, тексты песен.

Fleetwood Mac in Chicago is an album by the rock band Fleetwood Mac. It was the result of a recording session in early 1969 at Chess Records in Chicago (home to Muddy Waters, Howlin' Wolf, et a. with Fleetwood Mac, then a young British blues band, and a number of famous Chicago blues artists from whom they drew inspiration. The album has also been released, with slightly different track listings, under the titles Blues Jam at Chess and Blues Jam in Chicago Volumes One and Two.

The discography of Fleetwood Mac consists of 17 studio albums, 8 live albums, 23 compilation albums, one extended play single, and 62 singles. The 1967–1969 era Blue Horizon albums (Fleetwood Mac, Mr. Wonderful, The Pious Bird of Good Omen and Fleetwood Mac in Chicago) and 1971 outtakes album The Original Fleetwood Mac have been remastered and reissued on CD, as have the 1975–1987 era Warner Bros. studio albums Fleetwood Mac, Rumours, Tusk, Mirage, and Tango in the Night.

Founded in London in July 1967 (by ex-Bluesbreakers members, Peter Green and Mick Fleetwood), Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac instantly became a major force in the UK blues scene, along with their eponymous first album. Following "Mr. Wonderful" & "Then Play On" the driving force of Peter Green had deteriorated as he lapsed into a personal crisis by 1970. The group reorganized, under the leadership of Fleetwood, and slowly took on a new direction - away from the blues and into the mainstream of international popularity, known simply as Fleetwood Mac.

Despite their awe, the Brits hold their own on a set of standards. Track Listing - Disc 1.

Great album when the Mac meets some Chicago blues players. British blues meets Chicago Blues and ends up as beautiful music. It really does not matter how they felt about each other at the time, this is irrelevent. What matters is what they ended up producing and the final prodcut is excellent. There is another release by Blue Horizon called Blues Jam in Chicago which has some of the same tracks. It is far from being a great album, Peter does not really burn on it, yet it is still a very interesting album especially to FM blues fans. Yes, there certainly was a bad vibe going on during the session.

Fleetwood Mac are a British-American rock band formed in 1967 in London. Due to numerous line-up changes, the only original member present in the band is its eponymous drummer, Mick Fleetwood. Style:MLA Chicago APA. "Fleetwood Mac in Chicago Album.

Featuring hits and essentials from every studio album, ’50 Years – Don’t Stop’ is the first exploration of the full history of the band on one album.

Fleetwood Mac’s tenth studio album is considered a classic by fans and critics alike, and is possibly their most essential album next to Rumours. Teased with singles Over My Head and Say You Love Me, the album introduces a much softer, warmer sound, as alluded to on the now-iconic ballad Landslide.
