The Final Rip Off is a compilation double album by Monty Python, released in 1987. It was the team's first release on Virgin Records, after the label acquired the rights to their back catalogue previously released on Charisma. The set contains material from those six albums, but not from the Life of Brian or The Meaning of Life soundtracks, which were released on other labels

Final Rip Off is arguably the best representation of Monty Python's remarkable comedic range, although fanatics may find it doesn't replace owning each of the individual titles from which it has been compiled. Track Listing - Disc 1. Sample.

This is it-the one Monty Python album that you must have. A compilation drawn from various films, TV series, and performance sketches, The Final Rip Off consists of two CDs of absolute classics. One of the very first tracks is the famous "Constitutional Peasant" scene from Monty Python and the Holy Grail. Also included are "Spanish Inquisition," "Argument," "Lumberjack Song," and several other sketches that have achieved much-deserved pride of place in popular culture. The Final Rip-Off was a labor of love on the part of the Pythons: released in the late '80s, this collection was not only a fun sampling of some of their best comedy skits, it was also very lovingly remastered. Some of the original versions of these skits didn't have the musical flourish that they have here.

Crocodile (The Final Rip Off Remix). Henry Kissinger (The Final Rip Off Remix).

The Final Rip Off. Monty Python. 4. Eric the Half-a-Bee. The Worst of Monty Python. Monty Python's Contractual Obligation Album. SongMeanings is a place for discussion and discovery.
