Double Live Gonzo! - Студийный альбом от Ted Nugent. В альбом вошло 21 треков. Продолжительность альбома: 02:29:02. Ted Nugent - Gonzo (Houston 0. 5.

As exciting as they were, Ted Nugent's first three albums lacked the sonic punch in the gut of his outrageous live performances, something readily proved by 1978's classic Double Live Gonzo! Both Nugent and his band are in top form, yielding a fierce performance of their numerous mid-'70s classics. Mega-hit "Cat Scratch Fever" makes an obligatory appearance, but it's the songs from Nugent's self-titled debut which truly stand out.

Track A3 was recorded live at the Joe Freeman Coliseum, San Antonio, Texas in November of 1977. Tracks B1 and D3 were recorded live in Dallas, Texas in July of 1976. Track B2 was recorded live at the San Antonio Convention Center, San Antonio, Texas in July of 1976. Track C1 was recorded live at the Seattle Center Coliseum, Seattle, Washington in August of 1977. Track C2 was recorded live at the Civic Center, Springfield, Mass.

The live album of all live albums: it really doesn't get any better than this! 180 gram audiophile vinyl Including the hits: "Baby Please Don't Go" and "Cat Scratch Fever". Ted Nugents untameable energy is best transmitted live on stage; Double Live Gonzo! (1978) achieves this like no other. He shouts, grunts and squeals, while his guitar does the same. Pure pyrotechnics on 6 strings! His hit "Cat Scratch Fever" gets the live treatment, as does "Great White Buffalo". 180 gram audiophile vinyl.

Nugent is at his very peak. Double Live Gonzo showcases him as one of the most high octane guitarists of all time. The only bugging issue. The sound quality in my opinion of earlier pressings was not up to the artistry of Ted and the band (Derek St. Holmes, Rob Grange and Cliff Davies.
