Having studied Indian classical music with Viram Jasani in 1969, Anthony Moore composed his first movie soundtrack for David Larcher's "Mare's Tale". It involved extensive use of magnetic tape (time/pitch shifts, layering, splicing, loops, feedback). Since then he has created a number of soundtracks for European, independent movies, many of which have won international awards. In 1970 he moved to Hamburg where Polygram recorded three albums of his work, "Pieces from the Cloudland Ballroom", "Secrets of the Blue Bag" and "Reed, Whistle &a. ead.

Anthony Moore (also known as Anthony More) (born 13 August 1948) is a British experimental music composer, performer and producer. He was a founding member of the band Slapp Happy, worked with Henry Cow and has made a number of solo albums, including Flying Doesn't Help (1979) and World Service (1981).

It's the version off the 1981 album "World Service" and it's called "Lucia Still Alive". The crowd noises are fake. I love this version though. The original "Lucia" was on "Flying Doesn't Help" which was released in 1979. They are both the same song, just different recordings. TonW EP. But they included it on the reissue of World Service although from the World Service album itself some great songs are missing.
