The Diving Board is the twenty-ninth studio album by British singer-songwriter Elton John. It is the second of his studio releases since 1979's Victim of Love without any of his regular band members.

He released a collaborative album with Leon Russell called ‘The Union’ in 2010, and Aussie dance duo Pnau had a ball with his back catalogue on last year’s mesmerising remix LP ‘Good Morning To The Night’, but this is the first proper album from Sir Elton Hercules John since 2006.
