Barbara Ann Weber Scaff (born August 21, 1963) is an American singer, actress and dubber. Barbara has been playing in musicals and singing pop and folk music since her teenage at 14-15. As a singer, Barbara released 6 singles in 1999, including the song "A Step Too Far" with Elton John and Jenny Mac Kay, and a "It's Raining Men" duo cover again with Mac Kay. She published an album with the label "UNE Musique" where she composed her own songs. Her work with Quantic Dream was established in 2002, as she gave her voice for the character Carla Valenti, in Fahrenheit: Indigo Prophecy, published in 2005
