My name is Thomas Frank, and there’s no way you can conclusively prove that I don’t go out in the woods and fight bears in my spare time. YouTuber, author, and podcaster helping students become better, more capable learners and doers. I was still a civilian, but I spent my mornings that semester working out with students who would go on to be officers in the military after they graduated. One of the first things we did in that class was a 2-mile run for time. Our times were then used to sort us into groups for weekly runs; A Group was the fastest, E was the slowest. I ran my two miles in about 14 minutes, which landed me in C Group. But since I wanted to challenge myself, I decided to start running with B Group instead.
