Инвестиции: катастрофическое падение курсов ценных бумаг на Нью Йоркской фондовой бирже (октябрь 1929 . .

Department of Home Affairs, Preroria.

Wall Street Crash were an English 6-piece (originally 8-piece) vocal group, formed in March 1980 by Keith Strachan. They performed in three Royal Variety Shows, and appeared on many TV programmes in the 1980s, including The Morecambe and Wise Show and 3-2-1. Their version of the song You Don't Have to Say You Love Me reached number 8 in Italy in 1983. The group has been through a few changes in line-up, but some were still performing as late as 2005.

The Wall Street Crash of 1929, also known as the Stock Market Crash of 1929 or the Great Crash, was a major stock market crash that occurred in late October 1929. It was the most devastating stock market crash in the history of the United States, when taking into consideration the full extent and duration of its after effects.

Herbert Hoover and the Economy. The United States entered the 1920's in a strong economic position. The economies of her European rivals had been severely disrupted by the First World War and the United States had been able to capture markets which had previously been supplied by countries like Britain, France and Germany. However, some of the improvements in the American economy that had taken place could be traced back to changes that took place before the war.

After the stock market collapsed in the Wall Street Crash of 1929 millions of Americans suffered poverty and unemployment during the economic Depression. When the Wall Street stock market crashed in October 1929, the world economy was plunged into the Great Depression. By the winter of 1932, America was in the depths of the greatest economic depression in its history. The number of unemployed people reached upwards of 13 million.
