68 or "Entry of the Gladiators" (Czech: Vjezd gladiátorů, German: Einzug der Gladiatoren) is a military march composed in 1897 by the Czech composer Julius Fučík.

Vault was established in 1963 by Jack Lewerke and Ralph Kaffel. Initially releasing jazz and surf music, their attempts to hit the charts failed and the label was sold to National Tape Distributors of Milwaukee in August 1969. Vault was kept alive and eventually re-purchased by Lewerke only to be shut down for new releases in 1972. Vault had issued over 70 singles and 50 LPs with only two minor chart hits, nevertheless was an important contributor to the emergence of surf music.

The Sun and the Moon is the second album by New York-based rock band The Bravery. The album was produced by Brendan O'Brien and released in the United States on May 22, 2007 (see 2007 in music). The album's title comes from lyrics in both "Angelina" and "The Ocean".

The Gladiators are a Jamaican roots reggae band, most popular during the 1970s. The core was Albert Griffiths (guitarist and singer), Clinton Fearon (bassist and singer) and Gallimore Sutherland rhythm guitar and singer. The two most famous albums are Trenchtown Mix Up (1976) and Proverbial Reggae (1978) with songs as "Hearsay", "Jah Works", "Dreadlocks the Time is Now". Mix Up", "Music Makers from Jamaica", and "Soul Rebel" – a song written by The Wailers.

The gladiators fought other gladiators. The fights were not like you see in the movies. In ancient Rome, the gladiator battle was not always or even often to the death. This does not mean a gladiators life was easy. Their life was not easy at all. Some people chose to become gladiators. Others were slaves, forced into the sport, and usually found themselves the loser. Most gladiators were a little chubby, although they were in excellent condition. They wanted extra body weight to help protect themselves when they were stabbed or hit.
