Jazz fusion (also known as fusion) is a music genre that developed in the late 1960s when musicians combined jazz harmony and improvisation with rock music, funk, and rhythm and blues. Electric guitars, amplifiers, and keyboards that were popular in rock and roll started to be used by jazz musicians, particularly those who had grown up listening to rock and roll.

Jazz Rock/Fusion is a progressive rock music sub-genre. Top Jazz Rock/Fusion artists: Miles Davis, Santana, Mahavishnu Orchestra, Pat Metheny, Return To Forever, Herbie Hancock, Al Di Meola, Weather Report, Steely Dan, Jean-Luc Ponty, Jeff Beck, Brand X, Chicago, Billy Cobham, Colosseum, and more. The entire album is great, but the strongest tracks seem to be the chaotic "Casino Mouse" and the contrasts of "The Fountain and the Feather". The album is opened by tribal percussion and a synth mimic of Pan flute, but after the intro the opening track changes drastically several times. it goes pop, then close to neo-prog until a proper fusion section arrives.

Fusion Point is a project of the S. Petersburg pianist Kirill Sokirko. Fusion Point continues the tradition of chamber music in a trio format, which does not so much define the number of performers as the instruments used – piano, bass, and drums. At the same time, the public’s reaction to the music helps the musicians grow and to set new priorities when working on material. The direction of Fusion Point’s music has been influenced by a number of bands, such as Esbjorn Svensson Trio, Hiromi Uehara, Michel Petrucciani, Niacin, Marcus Miller, and many others. Neutrons emitted from a fusion reaction react with the hydrogen atoms (protons) to produce gamma rays at a characteristic energy of . 24 MeV. In fact, Close’s interpretation of the timing of events is wrong. The figures in the text first submitted on 13 March and in the final version on 22 March 1989 (before the Harwell meeting) were prepared by Pons from data collected by Marvin Hawkins and Robert Hoffman. By the time this paper was submitted in May 1989, we had decided that further measurements using sodium iodide detectors were unlikely to be useful because, although sensitive, they gave too poor a resolution of the peaks; it is well nigh impossible to detect weak signals due to the reaction of neutrons with light water in the presence of the background radiation.
